Please bring a yoga mat or garden reclining chair to relax on.

If you suffer with seizures, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or any other serious medical condition, or if you has access requirements, please contact me prior to the session. (07707014137). All events are on the ground floor with disabled access and disabled toilets.
